Mr. TJ's Mobile Barber Shop

Rescue Cuts is a business aimed at creating a mobile barber shop in the short term and Barber College in East St. Louis in the long term. Rescue Cuts will provide stationary and mobile barbering services for the community via a barber shop on wheels and tangible location.

Arnold “Mr. T.J.” Tutson

As the founder and director of Rescue Fatherhood, Mr. T. J. is currently receiving training to get a state barber license in anticipation of establishing his next venture. He wants to open Rescue Cuts, a barbering operation which can provide low priced haircuts to the community while simultaneously working toward his dream of establishing a barber college. He believes that a barber college would give him the ability to employ, educate, and take an active role in the lives of area youth. He previously graduated from the psychology department at Southwestern Illinois College and has eight years of experience planning, developing and implementing programs in human development and over 10 years of experience in barbering services.

MyKeia's Volleyball Club

The vision of the St. Clair County Volleyball Club is to find girls with hidden talents and give them the same opportunities that are available in well lit, air conditioned, and better equipped gyms. The club supports low-income students for collegiate visibility and wants each athlete to have a chance to be seen by a college coach for recruiting opportunities.

There are talented kids everywhere - we just haven’t found them yet.

MyKeia is the Club Director for St. Clair County Volleyball Club. She has 15 years of volleyball experience and already supported three girls to receive scholarships through volleyball.
